Black shockproof rubber molded product. On each side, the product is equipped with three yellow reflectors to improve visibility in low light conditions.
Reflectors are firmly fixed to the surface of the product in special recesses using the original adhesive composition, resistant to various deformations, humidity and temperature fluctuations. In cross section, the product has a trapezoidal shape, providing for the most optimal contact spot with the tread of the car wheel.
From the ends, the wheel chipper has special connecting protrusions, which allows you to collect an unlimited number of elements in a solid line. To make this design complete, end elements are used. The wheel chipper is equipped with two holes for attaching it to the surface using anchor bolts. If necessary, the mounting holes can be protected with special plugs.
Also, in the upper part of the wheel chipper, there is a hole for installing a signal pole and a mounting groove for setting a signal flag.

Recommendations
The main purpose of the wheel chipper is to increase safety at the facility, so we recommend using anchor bolts for installation(to asphalt surface) or screw-dowel (to concrete surface) complete with washers, for greater fastening strength. You can find them in related products.
Installation steps:
- smooth surface
- mark holes for anchoring
- make high-quality drilling of holes
- unscrew the nut from the bolt
- put the washer on the bolt from the side where the thread is applied (see mounting diagram)
- put the nut on the bolt with the “hat” down, leaving free space for the washer
- drive the bolt into the mounting hole of the deliniator / wheel chipper
- tighten the nut on the bolt until its “hat” and washer fit snugly against the base of the mounting hole
- wheel chuck securely locked
