Can I return my order?

Yes ! You can always return parts you ordered no matter what reason. We have identified three reasons for return:

  • Wrong item received: If other partnumbers are supplied than ordered, 
  • Parts damaged, defect or incomplete: Damaged during transport, just not working or incomplete.
  • Other reasons: You just do not need them anymore or changed your mind.

Depending on the reason we have different refund policies. 

Missing items
  • If possible we will (re)send you the missing items, but we can always decide to grant you a refund. 
  • We always have the right to start an investigation to find out the reason behind it. We expect our customers to cooperate in such an investigation. 
Damaged items
  • If possible we will (re)send you the damaged items, but we can always decide to grant you a refund. In case of a refund, we will only refund shipping charges if the complete order was claimed for damages. 
  • We always have right to start an investigation on the defect to find out the reason behind it. We expect our customers to cooperate in such investigation. 
Broken or defect items
  • If possible we will (re)send you the defect items, but we can always decide to grant you a refund. In case of a refund, we will only refund shipping charges if the complete order was claimed for damages.

Refunds for consumer customers

Our refund policy depends on the reason for return:

  • No longer needed: You have to return the goods to us at your own costs. Full refund will be made on the parts value. A refund on shipping charges will only be paid if the total order is returned. 
  • Wrong parts: If you received other parts than ordered, we will send you the right parts if still available (at a reasonable price), but we can always decide to refund the parts value.
  • Parts broken, defect or incomplete: we will send you replacement parts if still available (at a reasonable price), but we can always decide to refund the parts value.
Refunds for businesses
Our refund policy depends on the reason for return:

Return policy
  • Part can always be returned in any case
  • Refunds depend on type of customer (consumer or business) and reason of return.
  • Goods have to be returned in original packaging (if possible), safely packed and may not be used.
